In this web workshop, participants will learn how to meet change in their work environment with greater resilience.

By participating in this session, managers and business professionals will learn how to:

• Explain the cycle of change and its impact on people in the workplace
• Map a cycle of change from their past
• Map an anticipated change and prepare to respond with resilience

Managers will learn about the Four Stages in the Cycle of Change, evaluate a past change through the lens of the cycle of change, recognize elements of the resilient response through each stage of the change process, and map an anticipated change, choosing resilient actions.

Michelle Kunz

Michelle Kunz is a Master Trainer with NetSpeed Learning Solutions and has been working with clients for more than 20 years to help them experience the benefits of engaging, effective leadership.

Michelle has led and facilitated several hundred workshops, webinars and coaching sessions on leadership effectiveness with a wide variety of teams and individuals, drawing on her experience on the opera stage and her Doctorate in Vocal Performance from The Catholic University of America.
