Who are you?

If you are an experienced consultant, trainer or independent sales professional already calling on companies with more than 300 employees, and you have a passion about helping organizations develop their employees and managers, the a partnership with NetSpeed Leadership may be for you.

How do I get certified?

We offer certification workshops every month (except August) in our Seattle headquarters. The certification is two days to be certified in either NetSpeed Leadership or Blazing Service. To be certified in both programs may add one additional day. Consultant Partners and Distributors also receive one extra day devoted specifically to sales training around all our program offerings.

Cost to be certified:

  • In NetSpeed Leadership: $1000
  • In Blazing Service: $1000
  • In both NetSpeed Leadership and Blazing Service: $1500

Three ways to partner with us

  • Certified Trainer – get certified to deliver either of our training programs, NetSpeed Leadership or Blazing Service to your clients
  • Consultant Partner – get certified to deliver our training programs, as well as our entire product suite, including our e-learning solutions. Receive sales leads from a variety of marketing programs to help you grow your business.
  • Distributor – Like our consultant partner but for sales professionals who are not interested in delivery and are primarily interested in being able to add our entire program offering to your sales tool kit.

What you get when you partner with us

As a Certified Trainer, you get….

  • Compete two-day certification training (we conduct public trainer certification workshops once a month in our Seattle headquarters)
  • Access to the full 23-module NetSpeed Leadership program library and/or the complete six-module Blazing Service program library (depending on which program you are certified in)
  • Generous referral fee (10%) for any new in-house delivery opportunities you refer to NetSpeed Learning Solutions

As a Consultant Partner or Distributor, you get….

  • Compete two-day certification training (we conduct public trainer certification workshops once a month in our Seattle headquarters)
  • Access to the full 23-module NetSpeed Leadership program library and/or the complete six-module Blazing Service program library (depending on which program you are certified in)
  • Access to a continually updated online Sales Tool Kit, with updated marketing collateral, sales resources and product information to keep you up to date about all our programs and how to market them
  • Access to periodic web conference training events presented by NetSpeed Learning Solutions most successful Senior Consultants
  • Networking opportunities with other NetSpeed Learning Solutions Consultant Partners and Distributors
  • The option to sell and/or deliver any of our training programs, and sell our Learning 2.0 e-learning platform, NetSpeed Fast Tracks and NetSpeed Interactive services.
  • Two flexible compensation programs that you can choose between on a client by client basis that let you earn up to 25% commissions as well as training delivery fees
  • Ability to protect accounts so other Consultant Partners cannot work them
  • Opportunity to follow up on leads sent to you by NetSpeed Learning Solutions from marketing webinars, preview requests, trade show events and more
