Peer Power Licensing and Delivery Options
The Peer Power training system is composed of six modules delivered as a package. For maximum flexibility, we provide a variety of ways to purchase and deliver the Peer Power program to your organization.
Our Trainers or Your Trainers
If you have a small training organization, or simply prefer to pilot the Peer Power program before taking the program in-house, we can provide a NetSpeed Learning Solutions certified trainer to present the program.
Most of our larger clients prefer to certify their internal trainers to deliver the Peer Power program. We can certify your trainers with a two-day Train-The-Trainer certification workshop, or for larger groups of trainers, we can deliver the TTT workshop onsite at your location. And if you only have one trainer to be certified, we can even make special accommodations to conduct the TTT remotely through a series of video conference calls. The TTT workshop includes a trainback experience with critique from a NetSpeed Learning Solutions master trainer.
Classroom or Webinar
We have developed two versions of our Peer Power program materials, so you can choose between face-to-face classroom delivery or webinar workshop delivery. We have trainers who can deliver the program via webinar. We can also certify your trainers to conduct the program via webinar. (Ask about our Virtual Facilitator Trainer Certification course that teaches your classroom trainers how to make the transition to the virtual classroom.)
Each of the six classroom sessions are designed to be two hours in length, while each of the webinar versions are designed for 90 minutes.
Public Webinar Series
If your workforce is geographically dispersed – or if you have a small number of people you would like to participate in the Peer Power program, our Peer Power Webinar Series might be just the solution. The Public Webinar Series offers four sessions delivered weekly over four consecutive weeks, with each session lasting one hour and 45 minutes. This program is offered quarterly, in March, June, September and December. Learn more about this program.
Site Licenses Available
If you are looking to deliver the Peer Power program to 100 or more participants, ask about our two-year site license option. For one flat fee, you can put implement a cost-effective training program for 100 or more employees. Volume discounts apply. This is our most cost-effective plan for larger implementations.
Online reinforcement and reporting tools
Regardless which option you choose – face-to-face delivery or webinar, our trainers or your trainers, or even our Public Webinar Series – every option comes with full access to our suite of online reinforcement tools to maximize learning retention and transfer. (Purchase of a copy of the book Peer Power: Transforming Workplace Relationships is required for each participant. Book sold separately. Available at major online book sellers.)
Your Peer Power training system also comes complete with an easy-to-use online administrator tracking, management and measurement tool – including a built-in third party evaluation – so you can measure the impact of your training program. See a demo of how these online tools work.
Customization available
If you would like us to customize your implementation of Peer Power, we are happy to do so. Our team of experienced instructional designers can create customized exercises to fit the needs of your environment and work culture.
Also, while the program is designed to be delivered in six two-hour classroom (or six 90-minute webinar) sessions, we can create a customized one-day version of the program. Contact us for more details about customization options.
