Over the last 23 years, Cynthia Clay, President of NetSpeed Learning Solutions, has trained, coached, and mentored hundreds of emerging leaders at companies like Blistex, REI, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and Valero Energy. Clients in dozens of industries -- from manufacturing, retail, and banking to entertainment, high tech and healthcare -- have benefited from her extensive experience and innovative learning strategies.

Ms. Clay is a recognized expert in the field of integrating classroom and e-learning experiences for the most effective and lasting training results. To capitalize on the power of online technology to enhance and track the classroom learning experience, she developed the NetSpeed Leadership system in 2000. Tim Jones is Vice President & General Manager for NetSpeed Learning Solutions. Tim is a veteran senior-level management executive whose extensive knowledge on the subject of leadership effectiveness and team building comes from over 20 years of management in corporate America.

Tim has been with NetSpeed Learning Solutions since 2001 (with a brief detour to explore the work of high tech startups). For much of the past 20+ years, Tim has been responsible for directing the sales and marketing operations at companies in the publishing, high tech and Internet sectors. He has trained, coached, and mentored several hundred employees and managers in these fast-paced organizations.

Tim is a past President of Sales & Marketing Executives (SME) of Seattle, and past Chairman of The Distinguished Sales & Marketing Awards of Puget Sound. He holds a BA degree in Communications from the University of Virginia, as well as an MBA in Marketing and a Juris Doctor from Ohio State University.

Leo Brodie designed and built the functionality of the NetSpeed Leadership and Blazing Service web sites and Learning Management Center. He is responsible for software development projects and integration with third-party software applications.

Leo has been active in software development as a programmer, writer, analyst, and manager since 1980, and has written three books on computer programming. Leo holds a BA degree from UCLA, and previously worked for Microsoft, RealNetworks, and CapitalStream, Inc.

Prior to joining Net Speed Marilou held a number of executive level management positions in Sales and Marketing spanning 20+ years, primarily in the telecommunications and finance industries, including AT&T, Verizon and Williams Communications. Marilou has significant expertise in strategic planning, sales and marketing, personnel and program development.

Marilou has developed and delivered training curriculum for companies ranging from small business to Fortune 500 organizations. Throughout her career Marilou has successfully recruited and developed personnel at all levels of management within these companies to enable success through coaching and leadership development.

After moving here in 2000 from the South, Lisa Gallo has enjoyed making the Pacific Northwest her home. She has spent most of her professional career in theatre, television, film, commercial, print, and industrial video performance.

Her Bachelor's degree in elementary education has expanded her almost 25 years of teaching experience and working in the arts by instructing in almost every major children's theatre company in each city she has lived in, Seattle included. She also taught numerous styles of dance and acrobats at her own dance studio for five years, shared playwriting skills in the Czech Republic with high school students from 22 different countries, toured with numerous theatre companies, including a year with the world's largest children's theatre company, Missoula Children's Theatre and was a professional storyteller for Scholastic Books.

Paul Perez is a native of Guam. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame on a Navy ROTC scholarship. From there, Paul completed flight training, earning his Naval Flight Officer wings.
